At Sony Center, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium electronics purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Sony Center account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our center, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
